By accessing or using Loose ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Loose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use Loose. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation.

3. Platform Description

Loose is a decentralized AI agent launchpad built on Robinhood Chain. The Platform enables users to deploy, manage, and monetize autonomous AI agents that execute on-chain strategies. Loose provides the infrastructure and tools; users are responsible for the agents they deploy and the strategies they configure.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your connected wallet
  • You must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for configuring your AI agents properly, including setting appropriate risk parameters, stop-loss levels, and spending limits
  • You must not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

5. Risks and Disclaimers

Financial Risk

Trading, investing, and deploying AI agents involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance of any agent or strategy does not guarantee future results. You should only deploy funds that you can afford to lose entirely.

Smart Contract Risk

While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security of our smart contracts, no software is entirely free of vulnerabilities. Smart contracts may contain bugs or be subject to exploits. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Market Risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. AI agents operate based on programmed logic and may not adapt to all market conditions. Agents may execute trades that result in financial losses.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any particular trading strategy or agent configuration. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

6. $LOOSE Token

The $LOOSE token is a utility token used within the Platform for agent deployment, staking, governance, and marketplace access. The $LOOSE token is not a security, investment product, or financial instrument. Purchasing, holding, or using $LOOSE tokens does not grant ownership, equity, or any claim to profits or revenue of Loose or its affiliates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of Loose and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Strategies and agents you create remain your own, subject to the open nature of on-chain data.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform's smart contracts or infrastructure
  • Deploy agents designed to harm other users or destabilize the ecosystem
  • Use the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities
  • Impersonate other users, entities, or Loose team members
  • Circumvent any security measures, access controls, or rate limits

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loose and its team members, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from agent behavior, smart contract failures, or market conditions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to use the Platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous operation of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by planned or unplanned downtime.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that may harm the Platform or its users. You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
